Bona Fide Determination Process Update

USCIS stated that it may determine if a qualifying family member’s U petition is bona fide, and adjudicate the Form I-765, once the principal receives a Bona Fide Determination, even if the principal petitioner has not filed Form I-765. Guidance is effective on August 11, 2023, and comments are due by September 11, 23.

Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced the appointment of 38 immigration judges to immigration courts in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
