USCIS Proposes Major Citizenship Fee Increase

USCIS has proposed raising naturalization fees to $1,280 for online applications and $1,330 for paper filings. The proposal would also eliminate most reduced fees and fee waivers, increasing costs for many lower income applicants. The changes are not yet in effect and are currently open for public comment.
