A poster-boy of the American dream, Raju himself received his Green Card through EB-2 NIW back in 2014. While Raju is an expert in the Employment-based National Interest Waiver (EB2 NIW) application, he is also sound in EB-1, EB-2 (regular), EB-5, E-2, Asylum, and Family-based Green Card application.

Because of language and cultural barriers, many immigrants face extra challenges when they need legal help. Raju makes it easy for them, especially for Bengali speaking immigrants. Raju helps them in all immigration matters. He is involved with numerous progressive organizations and advocacy groups working for the betterment of immigrant life in the US. He dreams of a judicial system that will treat all Americans equally. 

Not only for immigrants, but Raju is also committed to serving everybody, especially those who cannot afford the help they need to maintain their rights. In our broken system, legal help can be so expensive that the innocent and needy are often forced to suffer because they cannot afford the help they need to maintain their rights legally. However, Raju is for those who cannot hire expensive lawyers to win a case.
