Judge Blocks Trump Move to End TPS for Haitians

A federal judge has halted the administration’s attempt to end Temporary Protected Status for Haitians. The court ruled that DHS did not provide adequate justification for ending the program, allowing deportation protections and work authorization to remain in place while the case moves forward.
