DHS Proposes Rule to Implement EB-5 Reform Law

DHS has proposed new regulations to implement the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022. The proposal covers regional center oversight, infrastructure projects, high unemployment area designations, capital redeployment, and promoter registration. Public comments will be accepted through August 31 before a final rule is issued.
