Court Keeps $100,000 H-1B Fee on Hold

A federal appeals court has kept the proposed $100,000 H-1B fee on hold while the government's appeal continues. Employers are not currently required to pay the fee for affected H-1B petitions involving workers outside the United States. However, the case is still ongoing, and the administration could continue its appeal or ask the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene.
