Kyra Clark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida along with a Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and is admitted to practice law in the Georgia. While in undergrad, she became involved in multiple organizations focused on immigration and refugee rights. After moving to Atlanta, Kyra began working as a family immigration paralegal for a boutique law firm, where she gained a wealth of knowledge related to both family and employment immigration. While in law school, Kyra interned with Tahirih Justice Center, a non-profit that supports immigrant survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and victims of criminal activity. She has also worked as an immigration law clerk for Hall Booth Smith, P.C., a full-service national law firm handling both employment and family immigration matters.
Kyra was born in Pune, India and came to the United States at a young age, therefore, she recognizes there are many challenges that immigrants face when resettling. Due to this, she has made immigration and refugee rights a pivotal focus in her career aspirations. She loves working in immigration law because she recognizes each client has their own story and aspirations and wants to assist them in achieving their goals by providing competent legal services based on her extensive background in immigration law.
