Zunaid Almamun is a seasoned strategist and an expert in U.S. immigration services. As the Chief Strategy Officer at Raju Law, he spearheads initiatives to drive business growth, optimize services, enhance employee productivity, and elevate client satisfaction. Zunaid also extensively advises on employment-based and investment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa opportunities. He provides prompt but efficacious and lasting solutions to the challenges Raju Law faces.
Zunaid brings over a decade of leadership experience across multiple sectors. As Assistant Director at the Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI), he coordinated action research projects funded by international organizations, including the European Union, United States Institute of Peace, Democracy International, Resolve Network, and UN Women. His work spanned areas such as countering violent extremism, youth empowerment, conflict resolution in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, and Bangladesh-India track 2 dialogues. He represented BEI in various seminars in Bangladesh and Indonesia. Earlier, Zunaid worked as a Research Associate at the South Asia Youth for Peace and Prosperity Society (SAYPPS), consulting on political issues in Bangladesh and South Asia.
Zunaid was a member of the U.S. Ambassador’s Youth Council in Bangladesh (2011–2014) and participated in the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program in 2013. He has also held leadership roles in multiple youth empowerment and public speaking organizations, including as President of the Spandan Madrasa Debating Society (SMDS) and Deputy Executive Head of the Bangladesh Youth Empowerment Society (BYES).
In addition to U.S. Immigration, Zunaid’s research interests also include political parties, political violence, and South Asia. With his considerable expertise in U.S. immigration law, policy analysis, South Asian politics, and leadership development, Zunaid remains committed to creating impactful solutions in both legal and academic spheres.
