Pengyu Liu is a dedicated legal professional currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at George Washington University Law School. With a strong foundation in law, he has earned an LL.M. from Washington University in St. Louis and an LL.B. from Ocean University of China through an undergraduate dual law degree program.

His legal experience spans multiple prestigious institutions, including AllBright Law Offices, Beijing Zhongzi Law Firm, and the People’s Court of Gaomi, where he has gained hands-on expertise in legal research, contract disputes, compliance, and environmental law.

Beyond academics and professional experience, Pengyu is passionate about infrastructure development, environmental compliance, and legal research, having led projects on marine plastic garbage regulations and innovative solutions like oil-absorbing carpets for cleaner environments. His leadership roles, including serving as the Director of the News Center at Ocean University of China Law School, showcase his ability to drive impactful initiatives.
