After completing the five-year integrated law graduate degree from NUALS, Kochi, I went ahead to do my post-graduation in law from ILI, New Delhi securing a dual specialization in Corporate Laws and IPR.
During my journey as a law student I was fortunate to undertake internship opportunity in various legal services. It includes litigation firms (M/s V. Raghavachari, Lakshmi Narayanan, Srimati, High Court of Madras, Chennai, India), corporate law firms (M/s Amarchand & Magaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai, India) and policy research organizations (Centre for Public Policy Research, Kochi, India).
More than all, the experience as a law clerk to a sitting judge at the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi widened my potential in legal writing and research. My professional role as a law teacher for over 5 years, in graduate and post-graduate programs in India, also involved immense legal research which in turn helped me in the publication of multiple articles in national and international journals.
Having almost a decade of experience in diverse law and policy research avenues, I have also completed my doctoral research from the prestigious NLSIU, Bengaluru, India, in sustainable energy resource governance, through which I have developed a keen research interest in the fields of energy and environmental law.
