Raju Law is a highly specialized U.S.-based immigration law firm, focusing on National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions and employment-based immigration cases. We are expanding our remote legal team in the Philippines and seeking law clerks with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to assist in high-level immigration matters.

This is a rare opportunity for law graduates in the Philippines to gain experience in U.S. immigration law, work with U.S. attorneys, and develop a career in a growing, high-demand legal field.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Law Clerk with prior experience in legal research and technical writing. A minimum level of familiarity with U.S. immigration law (or a strong willingness to learn quickly) is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

✅ Conducting in-depth legal research on U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and case precedents.
✅ Drafting National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, legal briefs, and supporting documents.
✅ Analyzing client profiles and preparing strong, persuasive legal arguments.
✅ Ensuring compliance and accuracy in case filings, legal memoranda, and attorney correspondence.
✅ Organizing case files and documentation to support attorneys with petition drafting and case strategy.
✅ Staying updated on U.S. immigration law changes and drafting research reports as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) OR final-year law student in the Philippines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal research and/or technical writing.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) – top-tier communication skills are a must.
  • Strong proactive work ethic – must be highly responsive and maintain regular communication with the team.
  • Technologically sound and highly proficient in remote work tools, must have:
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Gmail, etc.)
    • Strong internet connection and personal laptop/PC capable of handling legal work.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple cases effectively.

Skills:

₱50,000 – ₱60,000 (per month)
