Full-time (5 Days/Week)

💰 Remuneration

  • 📝 On Apprenticeship: 25,000 – 30,000 BDT
  • 💸 Post-Apprenticeship: 40,000 BDT + Festival Bonus, Performance Incentive, Yearly Increment & Provident Fund

📍 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Preferably LLB or LLM)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Have a good understanding of, or strong interest in, legal concepts, principles, and
    terminologies.
  • Have excellent research skills to gather relevant legal information from various online
    sources.
  • Able to analyze complex legal issues, identify relevant precedents, and apply legal
    principles to real-life scenarios.
  • Ability to think logically, spot legal implications, and propose well-reasoned arguments.
  • Have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google
  • Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), and Adobe PDF Software.
  • Tech-savvy and open to adopting new technological initiatives for case and task
    management.
  • Ability to work under minimal remote supervision.
  • Own a laptop and smartphone with a reliable and fast internet connection.

📍Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing immigration applications and petitions.
  • Conduct research on humanitarian and immigration laws, process and practice in the US.
  • Organize case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate with clients and support our case management system.
  • Draft and review legal documents, motions, and correspondence.
  • Support attorneys, case managers, and paralegals in preparing letters, affidavits, and
    other legal documents.
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect clients and cases.
  • Participate in client meetings and take notes to assist in case management.
