Raju Law, one of the top immigration law firms in the USA, is looking for 1 (one) Documentation and Communication Executive for the National Interest Waiver (NIW) department. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency of operational documentation and communication workflows. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and strong writing skills to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation . Additionally, a strong aptitude for creating data-driven reports to support strategic business operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

📄 Documentation Management
  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support operational and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure that all documentation adheres to organizational standards of quality and accuracy.
📢 Communication Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for seamless communication between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth workflows through timely and professional correspondence.
📊 Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop and deliver insightful, data-driven reports to inform decision-making and support ongoing operations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and optimize processes.
✅ Quality Assurance
  • Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and reliability of all communication and documentation.
  • Proofread and edit materials to maintain consistency and professional standards.
🤝 Collaboration
  • Work closely with Case Managers to gather information and align documentation processes with organizational objectives.

✍️ Writing & Proofreading
  • Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical excellence in forms and legal documents.

Qualifications

🎓 Educational Background
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with academic backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business.
💼 Experience
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a related role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
